Group Therapy

As human beings, we are naturally social and deeply connected to one another. Group therapy harnesses this fundamental need for connection, offering a powerful space where individuals can find healing and support through meaningful relationships. For some, group therapy proves even more beneficial than individual sessions, as it brings together people facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of understanding, acceptance, and shared experience.

In these group settings, participants can openly share and process their struggles, discovering that they are not alone. Together, they build skills that are practiced in real time with others, enhancing both social and relational abilities that extend far beyond the therapy room. The journey of healing, especially from trauma, is often most effective when nurtured within the safety and empathy of these supportive relationships.

Social Skills Group

For Children Ages 6-10

Our group sessions provide children with the tools they need to develop healthy coping skills, foster positive peer relationships, and boost their self-esteem. Through supportive and engaging activities, children learn how to navigate challenges, express their emotions effectively, and gain confidence in social settings. As a result, parents will observe noticeable improvements in their child's behavior, communication, and overall independence.

Sessions are conducted weekly, offering a consistent environment for growth and development, at a rate of $50 per session.

Transformative Women's Empowerment Group

Loved and Accepted Counseling is excited to offer the Transformative Women's Empowerment Group for adult participants. In this supportive and empowering environment, participants will have the opportunity to learn, heal, and grow alongside like-minded individuals. The group will provide practical strategies for overcoming self-sabotage, fostering self-compassion, and embracing a stronger, more dynamic version of themselves.

Through guided discussions and activities, participants will develop skills to build resilience, improve self-awareness, and form meaningful connections with others on similar journeys. Join us to take the next step towards personal transformation and empowerment.
